• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong hands-on integration experience (APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, DB2, etc.)
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Generative AI, and AI governance
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance
• Ability to design and troubleshoot complex end-to-end solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Design and deliver solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio
• Build and deploy AI-powered assistants and automation use cases
• Define architecture, governance frameworks, and development standards
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems (DB2, SQL Server, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Azure Services)
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and AI governance policies
• Support citizen developers and promote best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions to senior management
• Drive innovation and shape the AI and automation strategy
