Mid-Level Scrum Master – Agile & Mobile Delivery

Our client is a leading organization specializing in mobile application development, committed to delivering innovative and user-centric solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve delivery challenges collaboratively and proactively.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-team environments.
• Proven track record managing mobile application delivery (iOS/Android) from development to production release.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with KTLO management and security considerations.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms like AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Understanding of API integrations and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern software delivery pipelines.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a well-organized backlog with properly defined user stories and quality standards.
• Promote open communication by encouraging early issue identification during stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers proactively to support on-time sprint completion.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer (KTLO) and address security-related issues across cross-functional teams.
• Use Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts to monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain transparency and real-time progress tracking using Jira, providing stakeholders with clear updates.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning through retrospectives and process enhancements.
• Act as a conduit between delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective risk and milestone communication.
