Wymagania
- 5 to 7 years of experience building software for high-traffic, production environments.
- High proficiency in Golang and ideally PHP.
- Experience integrating AI into development workflows.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable systems.
- Solid command of English (minimum B2 level) and ability to collaborate in person 2-3 times a week.
Nice to have:
- Enjoyment of solving problems without clear answers.
- Flexibility with full-stack technologies including React and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with payment processing, fintech, PCI compliance, and secure transaction systems.
- Mentoring experience through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Obowiązki
- Take extreme ownership of features and fixes across the technology stack.
- Navigate and solve complex system challenges beyond simple CRUD operations.
- Provide flexibility by supporting front-end, infrastructure, or other areas as needed.
- Utilize AI tools daily to improve development speed and quality.
- Provide technical leadership to drive smart decisions and manage technical debt.
