Senior Project Manager (GenAI) | f/m/d

• Fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar project coordination role, ideally in technology, banking, or insurance
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in applying AI solutions to business challenges
• Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• General IT knowledge supported by relevant education or self-study
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery in a technology setting

Nice to have:

• German language skills

• Managing timelines, budget, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication between business, technology, and vendor teams
• Coordinating and supporting the development of applications/services adapting to changing business needs
• Supporting backlog management and ensuring clear task and priority definitions for the development team
• Facilitating regular communication with stakeholders about project progress, risks, and milestones
• Maintaining project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Assisting in release planning and ensuring all project requirements (security, compliance, performance) are met
• Tracking project KPIs and reporting status and outcomes to management
• Working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint, and similar
