Microsoft 365 Consultant (f/m/x)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting or analyst role focused on Microsoft 365 solutions
• Proven experience designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling concepts
• Ability to collaborate with clients and act as a trusted advisor on Power Platform solutions
• Experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies such as Scrum or DSDM
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and internal team engagement
• Ability to manage project backlogs and scope for agile iterations
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure SQL and SharePoint as data storage options
• Experience running hackathons or live build sessions with customers
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI Search

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and objectives
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and define project scope
• Design innovative and scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and reports within the Power Platform environment
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse to support application data requirements
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation
• Document solutions and design thinking for ongoing support
• Integrate Power Platform and AI-driven solutions with other Microsoft technologies
