Our client is a global leader in cybersecurity, dedicated to safeguarding digital ecosystems. The role is based in Kraków with a hybrid work model requiring 6 days per month in the office.
Wymagania
- Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, technical roles, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Third Party/Supply Chain Management and related risks.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and data security measures.
- Good understanding of service management principles and frameworks.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of Third Party Security Assessment processes, control testing, or audit disciplines.
- Awareness of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
- A continuous improvement mindset and confidence to challenge existing processes.
Nice to have:
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications or advanced knowledge.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technical growth and sharing knowledge.
Obowiązki
- Lead all aspects of TPSA Service and Operations, ensuring efficient delivery and ongoing process improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact (TPEM) for third-party suppliers, including Strategic Delivery Partners such as KPMG, SureCloud, and BitSight.
- Provide administrative and technical support for third-party services, including access management, reporting, troubleshooting, and process enhancement.
- Support global delivery efforts, workload planning, and communication across regional teams and partners.
- Collaborate with TPSA region leads to manage SLAs, address service issues, and implement governance frameworks.
- Identify risks and resolve service issues in partnership with the Global Head of Third Party Cyber Governance and Risk.
- Enhance operational processes to build a resilient security assessment framework in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with businesses, procurement, and technology teams to align service requirements.
- Conduct research on cybersecurity trends, data dashboards, and emerging risks to inform strategies.
- Contribute toward meeting monthly service targets (e.g., SLAs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal solutions.
