• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Advanced Windows diagnostics skills (Event Viewer, Task Manager, system services)
• Very good knowledge of RDP tools for remote support
• Proficiency in VPN configuration and troubleshooting (clients like Cisco AnyConnect, GlobalProtect)
• Experience in deploying devices via MDM
• English language proficiency at minimum A2 level

• Provide IT support to users and manage PC environment issues
• Assist users in resolving problems related to teleinformatics infrastructure
• Analyze and improve the quality of user support requests for IT and telecommunication systems as first line support
• Monitor, investigate, and analyze key parameters affecting the operation of PPL's teleinformatics systems and infrastructure
• Operate and administer systems such as RCP within the Helpdesk team's competencies
