Wymagania
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (e.g. middle office, payments, transaction processing, banking operations).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of banking products, investments, and credit is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Obowiązki
- Handle all client-related transactions accurately and within agreed timelines, including internal and external payment instructions, trade processing, and other activities across the bank’s systems.
- Gain understanding of how to process transactions across a wide range of the company’s products, while maintaining a high standard of client service.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as internal Compliance and AML policies.
- Identify and escalate any suspicious, illegal, or non-compliant transactions in line with established control frameworks and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Associate Bankers, Client Service Officers, and Client Account Officers during transaction initiation and booking processes.
- Provide timely and effective responses to requests from initiating and booking centers, resolving issues as they arise.
