Python/ AI Developer

apreel Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a Python/AI Developer role based in Warsaw, Poland, offering hybrid work with one day per week in the office at Pole Mokotowskie. The employment is on a B2B contract with a long-term collaboration and hourly pay up to 140 PLN net.

• Very good knowledge of Python
• Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph
• Practical knowledge of concepts: RAG, Embeddings/Vector Search, LLM Agents/Agentic Workflows, Tool Calling
• Minimum 1 year experience with LLM models and AI solutions based on the above concepts and technologies
• Proficient with Git version control including branch and commit management (rebase, cherry-pick, revert, squash, commit order and description changes)
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
• Knowledge of Azure AI Stack (AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search)
• Knowledge of React, Streamlit, Databricks platform, Cosmos DB, Redis, Grafana
• Understanding of ML basics and LLM fine-tuning
• Ability to design system architecture and create High Level Design documentation
• Minimum 1 year practical experience deploying applications using LLM or AI project solutions
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business application owners
• Initiative in task execution
• Excellent communication with development team members and business, including negotiation and explaining technical consequences
• Pragmatic approach focused on delivering agreed results

Nice to have:

• Higher education in computer science or related field

• Build AI services and applications in Python supporting process automation
• Develop bots and assistants based on LLM, including RAG solutions and multi-step agents
• Implement agentic workflows: role division, tool handling, and execution control
• Work with internal AI frameworks and develop new ones
• Support business teams in application testing, root cause analysis, and solution proposals
• Maintain consistency and high quality of delivered solutions
• Collaborate with platform teams and business teams using platform solutions
