• Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering, or infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Hyper-V virtualization
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration projects
• Good understanding of networking technologies and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience leading infrastructure improvements and managing IT change initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Driving the development of the Microsoft Azure environment and leading cloud migration initiatives
• Implementing and enhancing identity and endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Establishing and maintaining IT security standards, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
• Standardizing and optimizing IT processes, including incident management, change management, and IT asset management
• Partnering with business stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with organizational needs and future growth
