• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Ability to work closely with developers, QA, and product teams
• Experience in writing user stories and managing requirements
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services is a plus)

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and stakeholder collaboration
• Translate requirements into clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Support testing (UAT) and resolve issues during development
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
