Senior Digital Banking System Analyst – Financial Services

Leading financial institution focused on revolutionizing mortgage processes through innovative digital solutions in the banking sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL (advanced level)
• Advanced knowledge of REST API design and implementation
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases (advanced level)
• Proven expertise in system analysis and process mapping using BPMN
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing digital banking solutions
• Skilled in application development, enhancement, and project delivery within finance environments
• Experience working within the banking industry

Nice to have:

• Certification or experience with digital process design tools
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in banking
• Familiarity with credit processing software or core banking systems

• Lead system analysis of changes in creditworthiness calculation, application processing, and contract generation systems
• Map and model business processes using BPMN to optimize digital mortgage workflows
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of system modifications and enhancements
• Collaborate with internal banking units, external IT developers, and service providers for project implementation
• Assist in maintaining and supporting existing systems to ensure stability and scalability
• Implement APIs and data integration solutions to facilitate digital transformation
• Analyze, design, and develop digital credit processes aligned with banking standards
