Senior Operations Associate

Google Cloud delivers enterprise-grade solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology to help organizations digitally transform their business. The role is part of the EMEA Cloud Strategy and Operations team, supporting the EMEA Customer Engineering leadership across multiple countries including the UK, Ireland, and Poland.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar operational role.
• Experience in a direct customer-facing strategy role and coordinating executive-level relationships.
• Background in Customer Engineering, technical pre-sales, or a similar technical customer-facing role is highly beneficial.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technology and cloud architecture.
• Ability to autonomously manage and deliver successful operational projects in a complex, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights, with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Sheets.

• Lead key Customer Engineering initiatives such as talent development, organization strategy, and tool improvement across EMEA.
• Serve as the orchestrator for the EMEA CE Leader’s executive engagements, managing customer and partner interactions, content preparation, and follow-up.
• Act as a key operational partner to the EMEA CE leadership team and collaborate within the broader EMEA CE Strategy and Operations team.
• Support the core Strategy and Operations function across the EMEA region.
• Manage key elements of the EMEA CE operational cadence, identify opportunities for scale, and implement cross-functional programs to improve operational efficiency and establish best practices.
