On-site IT Support Specialist (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a project in the production sector based in Łódź. The role involves working in an office environment as part of a team responsible for maintaining office infrastructure and supporting new employees.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships or apprenticeships
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
• Experience configuring MS Outlook, Teams, and basic MS Word and Excel functions
• Understanding of computer hardware and configuration of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
• Good communication skills and user-oriented approach
• Very good command of English at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work on-site at the client's office

• Resolving technical issues reported by users related to software, hardware, and networks for desktops, laptops, and servers
• Preparing, configuring, and issuing IT equipment and mobile devices
• Maintaining inventory records and managing stock levels
• Updating tickets and ensuring SLA compliance in the ticketing system
• Coordinating deliveries and orders for the client's office
• Maintaining office infrastructure including conference rooms, printers, and server rooms
• Conducting IT onboarding processes for new employees
