Specjalista AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Mid/Senior)

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. The company focuses on developing software solutions and serves clients internationally, including projects in the ERP and cloud solutions domain.

• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face libraries.
• Good knowledge of NumPy and pandas.
• Experience selecting, evaluating, and tuning LLM/OLM models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama, or similar).
• Knowledge of Transformer architectures and language model concepts.
• Skills in prompt engineering, tokenization, and context management of models.
• Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, or RAG projects.
• Experience building and maintaining vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar).
• Practical knowledge of semantic search and embedding mechanisms.
• Ability to design complete AI architectures including language models, knowledge bases, and continuous data updates.
• Experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, or similar).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar).
• Understanding of continual learning, data and model versioning.
• Experience building scalable solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain, AutoGen, Haystack, or LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Experience designing AI agents using tools and external APIs.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience working with SQL, unstructured data, and API integration.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Developing mechanisms for automatic model updates and continual learning based on new data.
• Collaborating with product, development, and business teams to implement innovative AI features.

• Identity verification will be required during recruitment stages.
• The first working day will be onsite at Euvic's office in Gliwice, Poland.
