Python / AI Developer

apreel Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a remote position based in Warsaw, focusing on AI solutions in the insurance industry.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science / AI with at least 1 year of production deployments
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL
• Practical experience in MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and working with unstructured data
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure and GCP
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Higher education in a technical field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Science, Engineering)
• Analytical and conceptual skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility from idea to implementation

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Power Platform
• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and business process specifics
• Experience with integration tools (Kafka, ESB)
• Practice with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Creating AI solutions in the insurance industry
• Designing, tuning, and deploying advanced AI/ML and GenAI models using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning
• Building and optimizing MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems
• Integrating AI solutions with the client's hybrid system architecture (over 30 systems)
• Implementing advanced RAG solutions (Azure AI Search) and working with the latest LLM models in Azure OpenAI
• Ensuring full compliance with AI Act regulations through comprehensive model documentation, monitoring, and incident handling
• Collaborating actively with business and IT teams, creating training materials, and presenting results to various audiences
