Junior ECAD Engineer PCB Designer

The client is a global technology leader delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market. The organization focuses on advanced eMobility solutions and operates a Technical Center in Poland dedicated to electric and hybrid vehicle development. Jit Team is a Polish IT company with over 770 experts, offering developmental projects and supporting educational and charitable activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Experience in PCB design for EMI/EMC compliance is a plus
• Previous design experience in Power Electronics is a plus
• Proficient in PC applications, MS Office, CAD programs, and simulation tools
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Develop PCB Layout Design with Mentor Xpedition
• Create and release documentation related to PCB design
• Lead PCB layout by collaborating with the Electrical team
• Support Manufacturing Development and Test teams in manufacturing plants
• Execute layout design activities timely
• Plan, prepare, and execute tests
• Participate and interact with BorgWarner sites across different regions
