Senior ECAD / PCB Design Engineer

The organization focuses on advanced eMobility solutions and operates a Technical Center in Poland dedicated to the development of electric and hybrid vehicle technologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Experience in PCB design for EMI/EMC compliance
• Previous design experience in Power Electronics is a plus
• Proficient in PC applications, MS Office, CAD programs, and simulation tools
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Develop PCB Layout Design with Mentor Xpedition
• Perform SI/PI simulations using Hyperlynx
• Create and release PCB design documentation in Team Center
• Lead schematic capture and PCB layout activities for automotive electronic products
• Design PCBs for ECUs, 48V converters, high-voltage power electronics, and Battery Management Systems
• Support PCB stack-ups, placement strategies, routing constraints, and design rules for LV and HV domains (12V, 48V, 400V, 800V)
• Ensure compliance with electrical, thermal, mechanical, and manufacturability constraints
• Apply best practices for creepage/clearance, insulation coordination, and HV safety
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC robustness
• Support prototype builds, PCB bring-up, and design reviews
• Interface with Electrical, MCAD, Manufacturing Process, and Manufacturing Test teams throughout the PCB design process
