Senior Automation Tester

The company has a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with daily English communication.

• Strong proficiency in Java and testing frameworks within the Java ecosystem
• Experience with Java ecosystem, relational databases, and Linux-based environments
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated tests across both frontend and backend layers
• Readiness to perform manual testing to ensure full coverage
• Responsibility for executing tests and maintaining high quality standards throughout the release cycle
• Test planning

Nice to have:

• Experience with Robot Framework or Playwright
• Experience with GitHub Copilot
• Knowledge of Payments, Cards, or Fraud testing and familiarity with its test automation

• Test automation, test planning, and test analysis and design to ensure structured and efficient validation of system functionality
• Test data preparation and test execution across different testing layers
• Performing manual testing when needed to complement automated coverage

Only candidates located in Gdańsk are considered. Office presence required 2-3 days per week. Long-term cooperation preferred.
