The role is for a global leader in banking and financial services, focusing on client onboarding and reporting systems within Private Banking.
Wymagania
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and cloud or banking technologies.
- Experience managing ServiceNow incidents, problem records, and change requests.
- Strong team spirit and risk awareness with an inquisitive nature to identify root causes.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux.
- Prior experience within HSBC or the financial sector.
- Communicative English proficiency.
Obowiązki
- Provide production support for Private Banking Client Onboarding and Client Reporting systems.
- Analyze incidents and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage Incidents and Problem Records through ServiceNow workflows as the Problem Coordinator.
- Support ongoing technical and process improvements with Support teams, DevOps, and SRE colleagues.
- Respond proactively to system alerts to reduce downtime.
- Participate in non-office hours support, including weekend releases and scheduled maintenance.
