The role is for a global leader in banking and financial services, focusing on client onboarding and reporting systems within Private Banking.

Wymagania

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and cloud or banking technologies.
  • Experience managing ServiceNow incidents, problem records, and change requests.
  • Strong team spirit and risk awareness with an inquisitive nature to identify root causes.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux.
  • Prior experience within HSBC or the financial sector.
  • Communicative English proficiency.

Obowiązki

  • Provide production support for Private Banking Client Onboarding and Client Reporting systems.
  • Analyze incidents and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage Incidents and Problem Records through ServiceNow workflows as the Problem Coordinator.
  • Support ongoing technical and process improvements with Support teams, DevOps, and SRE colleagues.
  • Respond proactively to system alerts to reduce downtime.
  • Participate in non-office hours support, including weekend releases and scheduled maintenance.
