Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or ITIL-related roles.
- Solid understanding of Incident management, problem resolution, and ServiceNow workflows.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux is a plus.
- Experience managing incidents, problems, and change requests in a GSD environment.
- Prior experience or relationships within HSBC private banking environments is advantageous.
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent collaboration skills.
- Risk awareness and proactive issue mitigation.
- Curious mindset to understand and resolve issues effectively.
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications or training related to ITIL or incident management.
Obowiązki
- Provide production support for PB Client Onboarding and PB Client Reporting systems.
- Analyze incidents and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Manage Incidents and Problem Records within ServiceNow, ensuring root cause identification and resolution.
- Support technical and process improvements with Support, DevOps, and SRE teams.
- Respond to system alerts and take corrective actions.
- Support weekend releases and system maintenance, including non-office hours.
- Participate in incident escalations, troubleshooting, and documentation.
