Java Developer

We build software that helps banks and financial institutions detect fraud, prevent money laundering, and understand transactions at scale. Our platform processes large volumes of transactional data in real time, combining search technology and AI to provide clear, actionable insights.

• Strong experience with Java in backend development
• Experience with distributed or cloud-based systems
• Good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Clear and practical communication skills
• Experience with or interest in Spring Boot, Kafka (or other messaging systems), Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana)
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Angular, Spark, Elasticsearch, or StarRocks is a plus but not required

• Designing and developing backend services in Java
• Improving performance, reliability, and scalability
• Investigating production issues and delivering long-term solutions
• Working with large data volumes in distributed systems
• Collaborating closely with other engineers in your team
• Using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GIT, Agile, Scrum

Position is based in Warsaw with hybrid work (2-3 days per week in office). Employment on B2B contract. Remote work option available.
