Wymagania
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze business needs and design appropriate analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization, analytics tools (preferably Power BI, Tableau).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Obowiązki
- Monitor and track Technology area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and reports to communicate performance trends to stakeholders and enable self-service and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Technology units and management to identify, define, and refine relevant KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in analytics outputs.
- Proactively recommend improvements in KPI reporting processes and technologies.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and present findings to management.
