Technical Product Owner / System Specialist – Inventory System (Telecom & GIS)

• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications, IT, OSS/BSS, or Inventory Systems.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, System Analyst, or System Administrator.
• Good knowledge of Inventory, OSS/NMS systems; GIS knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of telecom networks, transmission technologies, and fiber infrastructure.
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, ETL, reference data).
• Ability to analyze technical issues and interpret logs.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with S2C (VC4) and/or ArcGIS (ESRI) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international environments and with external vendors.

• Act as the local owner of Inventory & GIS solutions for telecom network operations.
• Provide 2nd line support and ensure data quality across inventory systems.
• Manage and prioritize the local product backlog and business requirements.
• Coordinate system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with HQ, external vendors, and engineering teams.
• Conduct testing, user training, and workshops for stakeholders.
