Data Solution Architect (with PEGA)

• Experience with architecture and technology implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions
• Understanding of modern application stacks incorporating open-source and third-party vendor technologies
• Experience with integration architecture and common integration patterns supporting batch and real-time processing
• Understanding of data and information architecture, including data modelling and data management technologies
• Experience using solution modelling tools, notations, and practices for architecture modelling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide, build consensus, and work as part of a project team
• Business understanding of banking areas such as credit risk and credit portfolio management

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses using Snowflake
• Experience with ETL pipeline development using Snowflake
• Experience in setting up CI/CD for ETL pipelines in Snowflake
• Experience orchestrating ETL pipelines

• Acting as a Solution Architect within the Information Capability domain and as a Data Architect for Credit Risk initiatives
• Translating business, functional, and non-functional requirements into high-level solution designs
• Defining detailed solution architectures and providing technical guidance to development teams
• Facilitating requirement-gathering workshops with Product Owners, Process Owners, and SMEs
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, architects, and project team members across the organization
• Creating, reviewing, and maintaining architecture and design documentation
• Ensuring alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and data management principles
• Managing architecture-related processes, artifacts, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
