Ads Solutions Engineering Manager, gTech

The gTech Ads Solutions team provides consulting and scaled engineering solutions to advertisers, focusing on technical implementation, optimization, and engineering solutions to help customers and agencies achieve their business goals. The Ads Solutions Engineering (ASE) team builds and scales advertising solutions across industries and segments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• 10 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Nice to have:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud technologies including architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions or cloud data engineering.
• Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
• Experience working with systems such as Linux or Unix.

• Lead a team of Customer and Partner Solutions Engineers focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver scaled technical solutions aligned to Google Ads Product priorities globally.
• Deliver the strategic vision for the organization and ensure alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution with sales, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide thought leadership and develop new AI solution offerings aligned with product and enablement organizational goals.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive automation, AI integration, and efficiency in complex workflows and processes for Google and customers.
