Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Ability to conduct complex data analyses and translate results into business recommendations.
- Knowledge of applied statistics in analytics.
- Very good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in data quality verification, test scenario definition, and result validation.
- Ability to interpret business indicators and KPI relationships.
- Highly developed analytical skills and ability to draw accurate conclusions.
- Independence, good work organization, and focus on continuous development.
- Effective collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- AI-powered mindset with openness to testing and implementing new AI tools for efficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of OLAP solutions and tabular models (SSAS).
- Experience building advanced KPIs and analyses in omnichannel environments.
- Familiarity with modern Conversational Analytics solutions and LLM-based tools.
Obowiązki
- Analyze business data and translate it into actionable recommendations supporting decision-making.
- Build and develop data warehouses and analytical solutions in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Perform advanced data analyses and exploration using SQL.
- Support the development of Conversational Analytics solutions based on LLM models.
- Verify data quality, metrics, and algorithms before business use.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement analytical solutions.
- Identify areas for optimization and support organizational development through data-driven analyses.
- Utilize AI to automate work, reduce analysis time, and increase solution efficiency.
