Data Analyst

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for Grupa LPP, supporting millions of users daily and contributing to online sales growth.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and practical experience with complex data analysis.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Understanding of eCommerce processes and customer purchase journey.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and KPI relationships.
• Knowledge of practical statistics for analytics.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in data quality verification, test scenario definition, and result validation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw business conclusions and recommendations.
• Independence, good work organization, and focus on continuous development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• AI-powered mindset: openness to testing and implementing AI tools for time savings and quality improvement.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of DBT.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Azure SQL.
• Experience building advanced KPIs and omnichannel analyses.
• Knowledge of modern Conversational Analytics solutions and LLM-based tools.

• Analyze eCommerce data and translate it into business recommendations.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase paths, conversion, retention, and customer lifecycle.
• Build, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Perform advanced data analysis and exploration using SQL.
• Support development of Conversational Analytics solutions based on LLM models.
• Verify data quality, metrics, and algorithms before business use.
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and implement analytical solutions.
• Identify optimization areas and support data-driven decision making.
• Use AI to automate work, reduce analysis time, and increase solution efficiency.
