Automation Tester/QA

Scalo is involved in projects implementing modern technological solutions in banking to ensure compliance with international regulations, enhance transaction security, and handle complex payment data.

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in test automation.
• Good knowledge of Java at an intermediate level.
• Practical knowledge of testing tools including Postman, Soap UI, REST Assured, and SQL.
• Familiarity with BDD methodology and ability to use JBehave or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of manual testing.
• Experience coordinating and performing functional tests.
• Good communication skills, independence, and engagement.

Nice to have:

• Experience as a lead tester.
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect tool.
• Experience in mocking.
• ISTQB certification.

• Co-creating technical standards and developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Planning and executing manual and automated tests.
• Creating test scenarios and cases and reporting bugs.
• Collaborating closely with analysts and working within Scrum.
• Maintaining applications in the production environment during development and deployment of functionalities.
• Ensuring quality of automated test source code and applications through regular code reviews.
