Wymagania
- Very good command of English (minimum C1) in speaking and writing (mandatory)
- Experience or strong motivation to work on IT system implementations
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
- Independence, responsibility, and good work organization
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and training
- Availability for international travel (approx. 3 days/month)
- Valid category B driving license
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Obowiązki
- Implement Asseco Platform systems supporting field sales (SFA) for international FMCG clients
- Oversee project processes including planning, execution, and settlement
- Analyze client needs
- Configure systems according to client requirements
- Create project documentation
- Organize and conduct training sessions
- Collaborate with project and technical teams
- Maintain client relationships and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Provide post-implementation client support
