Wymagania
- Strong functional knowledge of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Practical experience configuring automation rules, request types/portals, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base integration in JSM.
- Working knowledge of Advanced Roadmaps including issue hierarchy, shared teams, capacity considerations, and roadmap views.
- Ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, propose options, and explain trade-offs clearly.
- Continuous-improvement mindset focused on user experience, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence Cloud, including feature differences, app constraints, and migration considerations.
- Experience supporting hybrid environments or contributing to Cloud readiness assessments and adoption planning.
- Basic programming knowledge, e.g., Python or NodeJS.
Obowiązki
- Serve as a point of contact for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management usage, advising teams on structuring work and knowledge.
- Provide day-to-day support to end users and stakeholders by triaging queries, resolving configuration requests, and translating requirements into solutions.
- Define and promote best practices for Jira project configuration, Confluence information architecture, and JSM service project design.
- Partner with teams to design and improve service and delivery processes including workflows, approvals, and reporting.
- Build and maintain automation rules in Jira/JSM to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Support planning and portfolio management using Advanced Roadmaps, including hierarchy design and roadmap reporting.
- Produce documentation, templates, and guidance; conduct clinics, training sessions, and onboarding.
- Support integration and reporting needs such as dashboards, filters, and subscriptions.
- Contribute to platform governance by recommending standards and guardrails.
- Support hybrid environments and contribute to Cloud readiness assessments and adoption planning.
