Data Analyst - Afternoon shift

• Proficiency in Snowflake, including writing SQL queries and understanding schemas.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase, including data modeling, report building, and DAX basics.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleaning.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini for insight generation and operational gap analysis.
• Solid understanding of customer service operational metrics such as CSAT, retention, productivity, and performance scores.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills with experience presenting findings to business stakeholders.
• Availability to work afternoon hours between 2:00-10:00 pm.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Experience supporting customer-facing departments like customer service, sales, or support.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or AI/ML/Data Science certificates.

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Metabase for multiple customer service teams.
• Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data for reporting.
• Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences across customer-facing teams.
• Analyze individual agent and team performance metrics to support bonus and incentive decisions.
• Apply Gemini and AI workflows to generate actionable insights, identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, and propose concrete improvements to team processes and performance.
• Maintain clean, well-documented spreadsheets for performance tracking and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with customer service leaders to align metrics and KPI definitions with business objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis and support root-cause investigation for performance gaps.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate work by adhering to SOPs, SLAs, and data quality standards.
• Identify and address process gaps or reporting errors to drive continuous improvement.
