Third Party Cyber Service Delivery Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring a Senior Security Analyst to manage and oversee the Third Party Security Assessment (TPSA) Service and Operations in Kraków. The role involves collaboration with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical roles
• Strong knowledge and experience in Third Party Risk Management and IT systems
• Practical experience in data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Good understanding of service management principles and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience with Third Party Security Assessment processes and control testing
• Advanced level of English
• Visits to the Krakow office 6 times a month

Nice to have:

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications or knowledge
• Awareness of project management processes

• Managing and overseeing TPSA Service and Operations, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement
• Serving as the primary contact for third-party suppliers, aligning services with business needs
• Providing administrative and technical support for third-party services, including access management and reporting
• Supporting workload planning and effective communication across the Global team and third-party partners
• Collaborating with region leads to manage SLAs and enhance TPSA processes
• Identifying and resolving service issues and risks by implementing governance and monitoring frameworks
• Conducting research on third-party cybersecurity trends and maintaining updated strategies
• Ensuring security assessments comply with relevant regulations and standards
