Project Manager – wdrożenie systemu ERP (f/m/x)

Sii is recruiting a Project Manager to lead an ERP system implementation project for the steel industry sector. The project involves collaboration with business and technology teams and ERP system vendors such as Dynamics 365 and IFS, aiming to transform organizational processes, optimize work, and organize data within systems.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a PM in ERP system implementations, preferably Dynamics 365, IFS, or other ERP-class systems
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation
• Ability to build and enforce project schedules and control budgets
• Experience in risk management and executive-level project status reporting
• High communication and interpersonal skills with business collaboration ability
• Independence, consistency, and stress resilience
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work from the Gliwice office 2-3 days per week
• Required presence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Prepare and maintain project schedule, budget, and scope
• Coordinate collaboration with implementation vendors and local/business teams
• Communicate with stakeholders, including reporting to the Management Board and Steering Committee
• Manage project risks, changes, and escalations
• Support organizational process transformation and adoption of new solutions
• Oversee data quality and process compliance post-implementation
• Organize project meetings and monitor work progress

Candidates must be located in Poland and have fluent Polish language skills.
