Microsoft Business Central Architect (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring an experienced Microsoft Business Central Architect to contribute to innovative SaaS solutions. The role involves collaboration with project and sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver effective solutions. The position is fully remote and based in Poland with multiple city options for location.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture and SaaS solutions
• Excellent skills in data migration and legacy system integration
• Strong understanding of performance improvements and Business Central SaaS
• Proficient interfacing skills and knowledge of the app source
• Good understanding of Business Central processes and functional areas
• Familiarity with code and GitHub, including branching
• Experience with DevOps practices is an advantage
• Fluent English

• Work closely with other teams to showcase solutions and options
• Collaborate with project teams on new projects and customer requirements
• Assist the sales team in generating solutions and quotes
• Provide demonstrations to customers
• Cross-train team members where required
• Act as a point of escalation for the team and resolve issues for management
• Mentor team members to encourage growth, learning, and personal development
• Collaborate on resource planning with management
• Escalate any anticipated delays promptly
• Ensure accuracy in timesheets and billing
