• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Comfortable working with technology and able to learn new software tools quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written Polish and English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, well organized and proactive.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft 365, or similar business software is an advantage.
• Open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2 days at the office.

• Invoicing, raising and managing invoices in line with project milestones and billing schedules.
• Creating job order forms in the internal system, ensuring all required information is accurately captured and submitted in a timely manner.
• Supplier onboarding, coordinating the administrative steps required to onboard new suppliers.
• HubSpot deal management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date deal records including logging activity, updating deal stages, and ensuring data quality.
• Reporting, compiling and distributing regular operational and business reports to support internal decision-making.
• Renewals, proactively contacting clients ahead of renewal dates, preparing quotes, and managing the end-to-end renewal process to help retain existing customers.
