• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Comfortable working with technology and able to learn new software tools quickly.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
• A proactive mindset and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint is an advantage.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot and AI assistants like Claude is an advantage.
• Open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2 days at the office.
• Very good communication in English and Polish.

• Testing new features and releases ahead of launch, documenting findings, and providing structured feedback to the product team.
• Contributing to product ideation and improvement by sharing observations from customer interactions and identifying recurring pain points.
• Responding to customer support tickets by troubleshooting issues and answering product queries.
• Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and product documentation.
• Supporting the planning and rollout of the productised intranet offering to new customers.
