Senior Mortgage Project Manager – Financial Services

Our client is a leader in the financial services industry, specializing in credit and mortgage processes.

• At least 4 years of experience in project management within the financial industry.
• Proven expertise in managing credit and mortgage loan processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and portfolio coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for communication within international teams.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Experience working with financial software and systems.

• Lead and manage end-to-end credit and mortgage project portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Coordinate and align project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve shared objectives.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet key milestones.
• Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to improve project flexibility and team productivity.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and results effectively to executive stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment supporting professional development and innovation.
