Senior Product Designer – Design Systems & Prototyping

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. The company focuses on software development for international clients, including a project for the commercial real estate software market. The project involves integrating multiple product platforms into a unified ecosystem with a shared design language and component system used by multiple product teams.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design.
• At least 3 years of experience developing production design systems used by multiple teams.
• Very good knowledge of Figma.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Practical knowledge of React, HTML, and CSS for creating working prototypes.
• Experience designing advanced data-based interfaces.
• Ability to conduct project validation using prototypes.
• Knowledge of Design Tokens, theming, and collaboration with frontend teams.
• Experience with AI tools supporting the design process.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+/C1).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio, and W3C Design Tokens standards.
• Experience in the financial or commercial real estate industry.

• Creating interactive prototypes in Figma and using React, HTML, and CSS.
• Designing interaction patterns for complex business products.
• Developing and documenting a design system used by multiple teams.
• Designing solutions for advanced data-driven interfaces.
• Analyzing existing components and recommending unification directions.
• Collaborating with developers to define components, tokens, and UI standards.
• Validating design solutions using prototypes and AI tools.

• Work model: 100% remote except for the first day in Gliwice for onboarding and equipment pickup.
• Embedded staff augmentation model working directly in the client's team.
• Daily collaboration with UX, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Immediate availability required.
• Identity verification required during recruitment process stages.
