Wymagania
- Significant experience as a Technical Business Analyst in operational process improvements and software development in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
- Skilled in running workshops, discovery sessions, and interviews to gather and validate requirements.
- Experience working closely with technical engineers (software developers, QA, DevOps, solution architects) with strong understanding of technical concepts and delivery practices.
- Ability to capture requirements and produce high quality user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Capable of documenting happy/unhappy paths, exceptions, and business rules.
- Experience in Agile delivery teams including backlog readiness and collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Deep knowledge of business analysis best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Experience collaborating across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in software development within highly regulated industries (essential) and financial services (desirable), including compliance and regulatory constraints.
- Experience supporting UAT or structured testing and guiding test case creation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand end-to-end journeys and service impacts while managing detailed analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, Certified Business Analysis Professional or equivalent.
- Project management qualifications are desirable.
Obowiązki
Managing requirements:
- Ensure strong understanding of business objectives and problem statements before requirements gathering.
- Support product manager to reframe problems where required.
- Run structured workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements.
- Translate findings into documented high quality user stories with clear and testable acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are validated and signed off by SMEs, Technical Design Authority, and stakeholders before development.
- Ensure ‘security by design’ and ‘data by design’ approaches.
Agile Delivery Support:
- Work closely with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure well-defined and prioritized requirements aligned to business outcomes.
- Prepare high quality analysis supporting prioritization decisions using ICE framework.
- Support and facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
- Carry out scrum team ceremonies and assist in sprint planning meetings.
Testing, Quality Assurance & Delivery Readiness:
- Collaborate with testers and UAT participants to ensure test cases reflect business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Provide clarification during development and testing, helping triage and resolve issues.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Build strong relationships with operational teams, SMEs, product and engineering managers, testers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate analysis outputs, recommendations, risks, and process impacts.
- Support product manager in sprint goal and release communications.
