Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or related sectors, focusing on regulatory documentation or product compliance.
- Practical knowledge of electronic banking, mobile banking, or digital channels.
- Familiarity with banking regulations such as PSD2, RODO, and cybersecurity standards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear business documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, autonomous approach to managing end-to-end projects.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with legal, compliance, or risk departments within financial institutions.
- Knowledge of customer service processes in electronic banking environments.
Obowiązki
- Manage and update regulatory frameworks, terms, conditions, and client communication documents for electronic banking services.
- Ensure consistency of documentation with current functionalities across mobile applications and internet platforms.
- Analyze the impact of product and technological changes on existing regulations.
- Define regulatory and business requirements for new functionalities in digital channels.
- Verify documentation readiness prior to implementing updates into production environments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, IT teams, and UX specialists to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Coordinate the process of regulatory updates, prepare materials for decision-making bodies, and support communication of changes to clients and stakeholders.
