Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist

Join one of the largest food manufacturing companies in the industry. As part of the Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the company's main production facility on a daily basis.

• Willingness to work on-site at the company’s main facility in Ujeździec Mały
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT technical support or Helpdesk role
• Practical experience in troubleshooting and resolving end-user technical issues
• Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure administration
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Comarch) will be an advantage

• Providing direct technical support to end users
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
• Managing email accounts and ensuring the continuity of IT services
• Installing and updating company software
• Performing basic administration of IT equipment, network infrastructure, and servers
• Monitoring system security, including antivirus protection and data backup processes
• Advising on the selection and procurement of IT equipment
