Data Scientist

Hays IT Contracting operates on B2B principles, connecting top IT specialists with innovative technology projects. The recruitment is for a client in the retail sector focusing on projects related to business process optimization, supply chain, and recommendation systems.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience in building and deploying Machine Learning models.
• Practical knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure or other public cloud).
• Experience in data science projects from business analysis to solution deployment.
• Ability to present results and collaborate with business.
• Experience in data analytics and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Analyze data and identify business problems solvable with AI/ML.
• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models.
• Execute end-to-end projects from problem analysis, data preparation, modeling, to deployment and monitoring.
• Create predictive, optimization, and recommendation solutions.
• Implement and develop AI/ML products in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and present analysis results and recommendations.
• Build scalable solutions supporting business processes.
• Work on projects including optimization of work time and routes, pricing and demand elasticity analysis, price policy management, space optimization, and recommendation systems.

Work is 100% remote.
