Senior Fullstack Developer (Java, Vue.JS)

Fincon Reply proactively advises banks, the Sparkassen Financial Group, the German Cooperative Financial Group and insurance companies as well as their suppliers on their digital transformation. The company provides on-site support with specialised teams of consultants and developers and delivers turnkey solutions.

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 4 years of experience working as a Frontend or Fullstack developer.
• Experience in code testing.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience working in a self-organized team.
• Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
• Communication skills in German is a plus.

• You are a member of a team for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
• You work with a technology stack including frontend technologies (Vue.js, Typescript, Nuxt, RxJs) and backend technologies (Java 21, Spring 6, Spring Boot 3, Hibernate), as well as Kubernetes, Gitlab, Sonar, Junit, Mockito, RESTAssured, Jest, Jasmine, and Cypress.
• You are responsible for the product you build.
• You proactively bring in ideas to create innovative solutions.
• You work in an agile environment, using scrum.
• You meet with your team in the office (Katowice) at least once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.
• You take responsibility in a self-organized team.
