Senior Release Manager – DevOps & CI/CD Expertise

Our client is an innovative leader in software development and IT operations.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, project management, or IT operations with a focus on release management.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and application-release automation.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or ITIL frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills; capable of translating technical issues into clear business updates.
• Ability to resolve cross-functional team issues and make decisive decisions under pressure.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in DevOps, CI/CD, or related fields.

• Plan, schedule, and track release activities across multiple product lines and development teams.
• Manage release pipelines, automate deployments, and oversee environment provisioning.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks or dependencies impacting release scope.
• Lead release readiness reviews, coordinate deployment gates, and maintain communication with QA and IT operations teams.
• Oversee contingency and rollback procedures to address deployment issues swiftly.
• Track release metrics, gather post-release feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives such as CI/CD pipelines.
