Lead Data Analyst with Power BI (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring for its Data & Analytics Competency Center to develop modern analytical solutions based on Microsoft Power BI. The role involves collaboration with clients and internal teams to build data-driven cultures and modern data platforms.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and developing Power BI analytics and working with data
• Previous roles as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Consultant
• Knowledge of Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and reporting best practices
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and DAX
• Practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, and cloud solutions
• Experience in project work with clients (requirements gathering, consulting, presentations)
• Ability to make technological decisions and take responsibility for them
• High communication and consulting competencies
• Experience in presales processes (concept preparation, offer support, estimations)
• Ability to identify market trends in data analytics and apply them in building offerings and solutions for clients
• Fluent communication in Polish and English

• Collaborate with business stakeholders
• Conduct workshops, analyze requirements, and translate business goals into Power BI analytical solutions and dashboards
• Define reporting standards and best practices in Power BI and Data Governance
• Work with data developers (ETL), data architects, and DevOps/FinOps teams
• Lead the team by mentoring, developing competencies, and providing substantive support to analysts
• Oversee the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytical solutions
• Monitor market trends in analytics
• Co-create and develop the Data & Analytics Competency Center's offerings
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and actively participate in market events
