Knowledge Manager / IT Technical Writer

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or IT documentation roles
• Proficiency in English (Chinese / Mandarin is nice to have)
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery processes and knowledge-centered service (KCS) practices
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and structured authoring methodologies
• Proficiency with documentation tools (ServiceNow experience is nice to have)
• Higher education is nice to have

• Inventory and evaluate current internal and external knowledge bases and align them with ServiceNow KB requirements
• Partner with IT subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Develop clear, concise, and consistent technical documentation, SOPs, how-to articles, and troubleshooting guides
• Lead the migration of approved content into the ServiceNow KB
• Train IT contributors
• Ensure technical accuracy, readability, localization quality, and adherence to organizational style guides in English
