Major Incident Manager

The role is within Advanced Technology Centers (ATC), combining deep technology expertise with industry knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

• Proven experience in an IT-related role, ideally within Incident Management or operational support.
• Strong communication skills to present complex information.
• Understanding of technical systems and business processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage activities within tight deadlines.
• Experience with structured problem-solving and analytical approaches.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading or participating in major incident bridge calls.
• Familiarity with ITIL or global Incident Management frameworks.
• Experience improving operational processes or service management initiatives.

• Coordinate high-impact IT incidents to restore services quickly.
• Lead Bridge Calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate technical investigations driving progress in restoring systems.
• Communicate incident status and impact to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and global standards.
