Change Management & Communications Consultant

• Experience in Change Management and communications
• Experience in IT or transformation projects (e.g., ERP, infrastructure, security)
• Practical knowledge of stakeholder management, impact analysis, and communication implementation
• Ability to create materials such as presentations, email communications, and campaigns
• Experience in preparing and conducting training sessions
• Very good organizational skills
• Very good command of English for international work environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle projects
• Experience in global projects (EMEA / APAC)
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

• Creating and implementing change management strategies
• Conducting impact analysis and identifying stakeholders
• Preparing and executing communication plans and materials
• Designing and coordinating training and educational materials
• Supporting organizational readiness for change
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders globally
• Ensuring consistency and clarity of communication in the organization
