Technical Support Engineer (VMware / Virtualization)

• Experience with VMware or other virtualization/cloud platforms
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
• Knowledge of networking, Active Directory (AD), and storage systems
• Troubleshooting experience in infrastructure environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure
• Skills in PowerShell

• Support for virtualization and cloud environments
• VM troubleshooting (performance, availability, security)
• Incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Collaboration with Azure and support teams
• Infrastructure support including OS, networking, and storage
